Open 2010 PGA Tour

The 2010 Open, the first official PGA TOUR event in Silicon Valley, will feature over 130 of the world’s best golfers battling for $5 million dollars in prize money. It all happens at CordeValle, in San Martin, October 11-17.

Clos LaChance Winery is honored to host the Open this year. During play, tournament attendees will have the opportunity to visit the winery for tasting, dining and shopping. After play, the guests of the winery will discover live music, libations and a vibrant social scene.

Those visiting Clos LaChance throughout the tournament will have the opportunity to see a working winery in action during the busiest time of year – harvest. Grapes will be picked, processed and made into wine, all while the golfers battle it out on the course.

Monday, October 11th kicks off with Fry’s & Friends Couples Pro-Am, followed by Tuesday’s Professional Practice Rounds where the grounds will be closed to the public and then Wednesday’s Official Pro-Am leading to Thursday through Saturday’s official Open.

So come out for some golf, wine and a great social time!
